Céline Bouquet has more than 20 years of experience in the development of novel therapies, mainly gene therapy products, in the fields of rare metabolic, neuro degenerative and eye diseases as well as oncology, for biotechnology companies (OSE Immunotherapeutics, Gensight Biologics, BrainEver, Valerio Therapeutics). From Jan 2015 to Dec 2018, she led the regulatory preclinical development program for GenSight products, acting as Senior Preclinical Manager. She was also in charge of preclinical and clinical bioanalysis activities, as well as potency assays development. From Dec 2017 to Dec 2018, she ensured the same functions at BrainEver in parallel of her GenSight activities. Céline started her career as Project Manager at BioAlliance Pharma (now Valerio Therapeutics), from 2002 to 2014, ensuring the pharmaceutical and preclinical development of a recombinant plasmid for the treatment of metastatic melanoma. 

Céline holds an engineer degree from Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon (now AgroParisTech) and a PhD in biology (done at Institut Gustave Roussy, Villejuif, France).
