Vivet Therapeutics is proud to announce that Lexeo Therapeutics has entered into an option agreement to secure an exclusive license to VTX-PID, our proprietary IgG-degrading enzyme designed to help overcome AAV immunity, notably in naturally immunized patients whose antibodies currently prevent access to game-changing treatments.

This collaboration reflects a shared ambition: making gene therapy accessible to more patients, and more than once.
The goal is to expand who can receive AAV gene therapy and to explore the optimal conditions for repeat dosing of treatments such as LX2006 in Friedreich ataxia.

Patients without neutralizing antibodies should not be the ceiling: more patients need and deserve access to transformative gene therapy delivered with systemic AAV.
