Susan Coles

Susan Coles is a seasoned legal professional with over 22 years experience in international collaborations and general corporate/commercial activities, the last 15 of which in the life sciences sector. Prior to joining Vivet Therapeutics, Susan was General Counsel for Stallergenes from 2014 to 2017, a global leader in allergy immunotherapy, and from 2012 to 2014, General Counsel for Inventiva Pharma, a biopharmaceutical research company. From 2002 to 2012, Susan also notably worked as Senior Counsel in charge of Licensing and Acquisitions for Laboratoires Fournier, and subsequently for Solvay Pharmaceuticals after its acquisition of Laboratories Fournier.

Susan also worked in private practice for 7 years in the area of international partnerships and mergers and acquisitions prior to moving in-house. Susan received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and her LLB from the University of Toronto. She is an attorney of the Bar of Ontario and the New York Bar.
