Pharmacist by training with a specialization in neurosciences, I have spent more than 25 years in drug development across early to late phases in CRO, pharma, and biotech. I have developed an extensive experience in clinical activities and spent more than five years in the regulatory department at Servier. As Clinical Operations Director, I have cultivated strong leadership and organizational skills, overseeing complex projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Since 2015, I have worked with biotech companies specializing in rare diseases, contributing significantly to the development of biologics, gene therapies, medical device and other innovative treatments (GenSight, Pharnext, Vivet). I am also actively involved in developing patient engagement strategies and, as a Patient Advocacy Representative, I coordinate relationships with patient organizations, including PAGs from various countries, building meaningful, trust-based relationships on a global scale.
